Property Management Forms and Leases
If you’re managing property, you’ll agree that a good lease is a critical part of the landlord-tenant relationship. Bradford’s residential leases, including specific ones for condominiums and apartments, spell out each party’s roles and responsibilities, payments, and deadlines. And Bradford’s rental application helps screen potential tenants, to help you avoid problems before they start.
Commercial Leases
Bradford Publishing offers two types of commercial leases. Choose between the Office Space Lease and the Retail/Warehouse Lease. Both leases are comprehensive and include all the most important terms to make a binding agreement that protect both the landlord and the tenant. Bradford offers the Office Space Lease and the Retail/Warehouse Lease as gross or triple net. If the property is leased using a gross lease, the tenant will pay a flat monthly fee and the landlord will pay for property charges such as taxes, insurance, maintenance and utilities. If property is leased using a triple net lease (NNN), the tenant pays a flat monthly rental rate, plus the tenant’s share of taxes, insurance and maintenance expenses.
