UCC Filings
The Uniform Commercial Code, or UCC, governs and oversees commercial transactions. The UCC has been adopted in part or whole by all states. Examples of commercial transactions include but are not limited to the sale and leasing of goods and secured transactions. With a Security Agreement, you can describe the personal property that is the collateral for the loan, and detail the terms for repayment.
