Special Purpose Deeds

Deeds are documents that transfer land or other real property from one person to another. Real Property is land, including all that is attached to it, such as a house and everything beneath its surface, such as minerals.

The most commonly used deeds are quitclaim and warranty Deeds, although there are situations where a more specific deed is required.
