Retail Installment Sales Contracts (Rocky Mountain Bank Notes)
Bradford’s “Rocky Mountain Bank Note”, is the standard form used by most Colorado auto dealers to finance auto sales. Published exclusively by Bradford, this contract includes the federal truth-in-lending disclosure, an itemization of the amount financed, insurance information, and all other federal and state required terms. It allows the lender to easily repossess the automobile if the buyer stops paying. Choose from two versions of this contract. Both versions include “block-out” areas on the filing copy that prevent predators from viewing financial information that is important to the buyer and guarded by the lender.
Standard Retail Installment Sales Contract (No. 649)
Many third party financiers and banks prefer this standard form, updated in October 2009.
Retail Installment Sales Contract with Arbitration Provision (No. 645ARB)
Uses the same programming requirements as the standard form, also includes a provision that requires arbitration and a GAP disclosure. This form was updated in October 2009.
