Foreclosure Forms

Should a mortgagor or trustor fail to make payments according to their mortgage or deed of trust, the property will most likely result in foreclosure. The homeowner loses all rights to the property and the estate becomes the property of the lender in its entirety. In Colorado, most deeds of trust are held by a public trustee, a county official who then conducts the foreclosure process if there is a default on the loan. A mortgage is foreclosed through the courts. Bradford offers a multitude of forms that apply to various stages of the foreclosure process by a public trustee.
