Complaint (Eviction)

The Complaint in Forcible Entry and Unlawful Detainer (F.E.D) is a request to the court for relief in recovering possession and/or damages from the tenant and is filed to begin an eviction action. This form is for county court, which has a jurisdictional limit of $15,000.00. If the claim exceeds this amount, an action may be brought in district court.
