Judgment and Execution Forms
Judgment and Execution Forms. Whether you won or lost in court, judgment and execution forms exist to support the court’s ruling or decision in a case. It is the responsibility of the court to issue a judgment, however, it is up to you to collect on that judgment. A
Satisfaction of Judgment or
Certificate of Satisfaction of Judgment form provides the court’s decision. In order to collect payment, you might choose to issue a
Writ of Execution that demands but does not guarantee payment. If a Writ of Execution does not result in payment you may choose to
garnish someone’s wages or bank account or file a lien on their property.
