About Bradford formsFrom their beginning as
legal blanks, standard legal forms have been used by lawyers, other professionals, and non-professionals in complex legal cases and everyday transactions. Lawyers have long recognized the value of utilizing existing documents rather than creating new ones. Using standardized documents saves time and money and Bradford’s legal forms have set the standard for accuracy and ease of use for more than a century.
Today, Bradford offers hundreds of legal forms in a variety of convenient formats. In addition to printed documents, we offer many of our forms as downloadable fillable-PDF or Word template versions.
Using Bradford electronic formsOur PDF and Word template documents are fill-in the blanks forms. There may be blanks in the form that you will not be able to fill out on screen. Many forms have blanks for notaries or court personnel to fill in and you will not be able to type in these fields. There are also blanks that require hand written signatures or initials where you will not be able to type.
Many legal forms are complex and require detailed information to be filled out properly. It may be helpful to print a copy of the blank form to use as a draft before attempting to complete your form on screen. Make sure you have gathered all the information required and that you understand how to fill out the form before you start.
